which should i roll next in WoW?

by Horde Power Leveling on July 20, 2010

Ok basically i’m looking for a new class in WoW. I leveled my troll rogue to 64 and i hate him. I love pvping with rogues but honestly i need a break from pve rogues, they are incredibly boring to pve with.

So right now im kinda split down the middle between 2 classes. Priest and Druid. It will be either a balance druid or a shadow priest.

I realize that druid is very difficult to level from lvl 1- 30 or so. So that is kinda keeping me away. Yet i played my friends end-game haste druid. It was a blast! Not only did I destroy every class with my incredibly fast wrath but i hardly ever died because my healing was about equal to my spell damage.

With that being said shadow priest is very appealing. I subscribe to Dominate your server and gavin posted a guide on it. I started to realize the potential and little down time of the shadow priest and how it is an incredible power leveling class.

I am going to roll horde, frankly i just know their starting and leveling zones much better. But i was wondering if i could get some input from people who play both shadow priest and balance druid.

I am planning on leveling my rogue at a later time

I have currently been playing WoW for 3 years now with multiple level 70’s…
My advice would be to roll a shadow priest.. a high end shadow priest is almost impossiable to take down, in arena they can be on some of the top 2v2,3v3,5v5 teams, they are looking very promising in the expansion, and you always need a shadow priest in the raid for the mana return and buffs they provide…
Reasons not to roll a "boomkin".. though druids are a nice class to play unless you are going to roll full resto or tank I would not reccomend it.. your dps most likely wont be on key with an equally geared shadow priest and you dont offer as much to your group, in PvP though you have high armor you are easily locked down with silence and Judgment of justice…
All in all Shadow priest are the way to go!!

Druids are pretty boring to level 1-20. And then at 20 they primarily level with Catform meaning it’ll be a lot like Rogue.

I’ve never gotten a priest past level 18, but I can say Shadow Priests can be very powerful in both PvP and PvE, they pair very well with a Warlock. (And a Death Knight when WotLK is released)

I played EVERY SINGLE CLASS and got them all up to level 40+. My 70’s are my rogue and paladin. I gotta say my favorite/most fun to level/pvp/dungeon runs would be the Pally because of really good armour, really good health, EASY LEVELING, you can do any quest in the game without dieing due to ur healing spells its awesome. Shadow priest is always fun :) i like controlling enemies minds and making them Betray their own teamates. I suggest just get your level 64 rogue to 70 and wait till WOTLK comes out and work with your newly made level 55 Death Knight or wat ever they call it.

I have a lvl 70 Druid Hunter and Warlock, 64 rogue 40fh shaman and Paladin.

Druids are not hard to level matter fact nothing is hard to level in that game and I work 50 hours a week.

The classes I raised to 70th were the ones I had fun with

the game getting boring Yeah it is, matter fact cancelled my account and playing Warhammer.
